Care2000 Health Services has been providing personalized health care at home and in hospitals, nursing homes, and retirement residences since 1984. Our clients include those who prefer to remain at home and whose needs range from requiring assistance in daily living (ADL) to 24-hour care. For our clients who are in nursing or retirement homes we provide them with personalized assistance that adds not only to their comfort and security but provides peace of mind for family members.

Care2000 Health Services acknowledge the uniqueness of each client and their need to retain their dignity and independence. We also understand the worry undergone by families who live far away.
