Care 2000 Health Services has been providing personalized health care both at home and in hospitals, nursing homes and retirement residences since 1984. Our clients include those who prefer to remain at home and whose needs range from requiring assistance in daily living (ADL)to 24 hour care. For our clients who are in nursing or retirement homes we provide them with personalized assistance that adds not only to their comfort and security but provides peace of mind for family members.
Homecare. Long or short term; from a few hours a day to 24/7. Our free initial consutation will help you and us to determine the level of care your loved one needs.
Caregivers. Our caregivers and nurses are trained, bonded and insured. Our care is RN supervised.
Nurses. We provide registered nurses for clients requiring palliative care and for those who have recently undergone complicated surgery.
